We price based on the number of bedroom, the size of the house and how durty it is. We make a visit in your home and evaluete it. The reason for that is to make sure we give the best price according to your home. We want to leave your home completely clean.
DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES, PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT
We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate it. Alternatively, we can use green products if you would prefer. Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this.
CAN I REQUEST SPECIAL TASKS OR EXTRAS?
Sure, we also offer special instructions such as over cleaning, fridge cleaning, cabinet cleaning, and inside copboards . Please, let us knowm if you would like to be applied to these special request.
CAN I TRUST MY CLEANING PROFESSIONAL?

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG DURING MY APPOINTMENT?
If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you.
WHAT IS YOUR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY?
If you’re not happy with your cleaning, we will come out and completely re-clean your home (within a 3 day). You do not need to pay for the re-clean Please note we do not process refunds for services already provided.
HOW DO I RESCHEDULE A CLEANING WITH US?
It’s simple. You can call anytime the local office and speak with one of our representative They will assist you in rescheduling your clean. Keep in mind, there also may be times when weather makes it unsafe for us to travel and carry equipment and supplies to your home.
I HAVE AN ALARM SYSTEM. WHAT DO I DO ON DAYS MY HOUSE IS CLEANED?
If your home has a security system, please provide us with the code and steps necessary for us to turn off the alarm. We will reset the alarm when we leave. Alternatively, you may want to disable it on the day of your scheduled clean.
DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME IN THE MOMENT OF CLEANED?
Whether or not you are at the space during our cleaning appointment is up to you. When we make an appointment you will be asked to give us entry instructions If you have a doorman or can hire a key somewhere, there is no need for you to be home. Or, feel confortable to stick around during the clean. Whatever you are most confortable with is fine.
IS THE CLEANING INSURED AND BONDED?
Yes. We are insured and bonded. We understand it is a privilege to be in your home so we are always careful. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of when the appointment is completed either by phone or by email.
I HAVE A PET, IS IT GOING TO BE SAFE?
We love animals. But it is not always the same when we think opposite. If you think your pet will become anxious with us please make temporary arrangements while we are in your home. You can also leave detailed pet instructions for us.
WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A MOP, BUCKET OR VACUUM?
You do not neet to worry about it. We will bring our own cleaning supplies that is needed.
DO YOU CLEAN DURING OR AFTER BUSINESS HOUR?
.We clean during both. Our cleaning staff is able to clean day and night, depending your preference.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CLEAN?
You can pay by check or by cash. Whatever is your preference. Tips may be given in cash form.
DO I LEAVE A TIP?
Tips are not request but are certainly appreciated by our cleaners.
