How does it work?

You can call or get in touch with us here in our website, by our email or also by our social network, facebook and instagram. Once you call us, we make an appointment. One day before our appointment we will remind you with an email or a text message.


How much will it cost?

We make a visit in your home and evaluete it. The price is based on the number of rooms, the size of the house and how durty it is. The reason for that is to make sure we give the best price according to your home.


Do you bring your own cleaning products, equipments and supplies?

We bring our own cleaning supplies but, please, let us know if you have any special requests. We would be happy to accommodate it. Alternatively, we can use green products if you would prefer.


Can I request special tasks or extras?

​Sure, we also offer special instructions such as over cleaning, fridge cleaning, cabinet cleaning and inside copboards. Please, let us know if you have any special request.


Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our housecleaning are interviewed and pass a detailed background check. They all have many years of experience and are very honest with their work.


What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

​If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it.


What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

​If you’re not happy with your cleaning, we will come out and completely re-clean your home (within 3 days). You don't need to pay for the re-clean. Please note we don't process refunds for services already provided.


How do I reschedule a cleaning?

​You can call us anytime and speak with one of our representative. They will assist you in rescheduling your clean. Keep in mind, there also may be times when weather makes it unsafe for us to travel and carry equipment and supplies to your home.


I have an alarm system. What do I do on days my house is cleaned?

​If your home has a security system, please provide us with the code and steps necessary for us to turn off the alarm. We will reset the alarm when we leave. Alternatively, you may want to disable it on the day of your scheduled clean.


Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?

​Whether or not you are at the space during our cleaning appointment is up to you. When we make an appointment you will be asked to give us entry instructions. If you have a doorman or can hire a key somewhere, there is no need for you to be home. Or, feel comfortable to stick around during the clean. Whatever you are most comfortable with is fine.


Is the claning insured and bonded?

​Yes. We are insured and bonded. We understand it is a privilege to be in your home so we are always careful. In the unlikely event that an object is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of when the appointment is completed either by phone or by email.


I have a pet, is it going to be safe?

We love animals. If you think your pet will become anxious with us please make temporary arrangements while we are in your home. You can also leave detailed pet instructions for us.


Do you clean during of after business hour?

We clean during both. Our cleaning staff is able to clean day and night, depending your preference.


How do I pay for my cleaning? Do I leave a tip?

You can pay by Check, Cash, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal. Whatever is your preference. Tips are not request but, certainly, appreciated and may be given in cash form.
